EAIMS Hosts Academic Skills Workshop

East African Institute for Management Science (EAIMS) recently held an Academic Skills and Career Readiness Workshop aimed at equipping students with essential skills for success in both academic and professional environments.

The workshop focused on key areas including effective study techniques, academic writing, time management, communication skills and workplace professionalism. Students were guided on how to plan their academic journeys, set realistic career goals and adapt to the expectations of modern employers.

Facilitators emphasized the importance of discipline, continuous learning and ethical conduct as core values that define successful professionals. Interactive sessions allowed students to ask questions, share experiences and gain practical insights into career development.
