The Freshers’ Orientation Day is organized to welcome new students to East African Institute for Management Science (EAIMS). The event introduces students to academic life, institutional policies, campus facilities and available support services. During the orientation, students interact with management, academic staff and the Students’ Guild leadership. Sessions include guidance on academic expectations, examination regulations, student welfare services and co-curricular activities. The orientation program helps new students settle into campus life and begin their academic journey with confidence and clarity.

The EAIMS Cultural Gala Night is an annual celebration of culture, diversity and unity among students. The event brings together learners from different backgrounds to showcase traditional music, dance, food and fashion. The cultural gala promotes social interaction, creativity and appreciation of cultural heritage. It also provides an opportunity for students to relax, network and strengthen bonds outside the academic environment. EAIMS encourages student participation in cultural activities as part of holistic education and personal development.

The Career Development and Internship Seminar is designed to prepare EAIMS students for the transition from academic life to the workplace. The seminar focuses on career planning, internship readiness, CV writing, interview skills and workplace ethics. Industry professionals and institutional partners share insights on employer expectations and career growth opportunities. Students are guided on how to secure internships and build professional networks. This seminar aligns with EAIMS’s mission of producing competent, skilled and employable graduates ready to contribute to national and regional development.
